| What is Offline Payment Method? |

AUCTION4Africa preferred payment method is for the winning bidder to pay offline with a cheque (so all the proceeds of the auction will go to STAR4Africa rather than a small percentage going to Paypal for credit card processing charges). If you are unable to collect in person we will be in touch to confirm delivery costs (please email us info@auction4africa.com if you have any questions).

You only have to register once. Just follow these three steps:
- When you register at AUCTION4Africa, you'll be asked to provide your basic contact information. Your information will be kept private on AUCTION4Africa secure servers.
- Check your email-AUCTION4Africa will send you a message with a link and instructions for confirming your registration.
- For security purposes, you'll choose your own User ID and password for signing in to AUCTION4Africa.

Buying on AUCTION4Africa is easy - and fun! You can
find almost anything for sale - from new computers to antiques and collectibles.
Here are a few basic steps to get you started:
- Find an item.
Search by typing in a keyword for an item you're interested in, or browse through our categories.
- Learn about the item you found.
Read the item description fully, and look at the pictures the donor has included. If you have any questions about the item that aren't answered in the item's description, you can ask the donor about the item by clicking on the 'Ask donor a Question' link. Carefully reading all the information and asking informed questions will help you determine if this is the item you want!
- Review the donor's feedback.
You can see the donor's feedback score and percentage of positive feedback right on the item page. Also, be sure and read the comments left by the donor's previous buyers to be sure that this is a donor you feel you can trust.
- Bid or Buy It Now.
Once you've found the item you want, you can place a bid or purchase the item instantly using Buy It Now. Some items are sold only in auction-style listings that require you to place a bid, while others include the Buy It Now option. This allows you to buy the item instantly. Check the item page to see what purchase options are available to you.
- Pay for the item.
After you've won or purchased the item, send your payment to the donor. If the donor offers PayPal, clicking on the Pay Now button will allow you to pay quickly and easily with PayPal, AUCTION4Africa preferred way to pay. Just check the donor's listing or email invoice to find out what the preferred payment method is and where you should send your payment.
- Leave feedback.
Here's your chance to tell the AUCTION4Africa community about your experience with this donor. You can leave feedback for any AUCTION4Africa member you've bought from or sold to.

Donating items on AUCTION4Africa is a great way to make some extra money - and have fun doing it! You can Donate a few items that you no longer need, or build your own business.
Here are the basics of listing items for Donate:
- Find an item you want to Donate.
Do some research on AUCTION4Africa to get an idea of your item's potential value and best category placement. Search for items similar to yours to find out what other donor's starting prices and categories were.
- List your item.
Click "Donate an item for Auction" button at the end of the navigation bar at the top of any AUCTION4Africa page. AUCTION4Africa Donate Your Item request form will take you through the process of listing your item.
